What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenants were not present at the hearing, although properly served with notice.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the unit is not vacated by June 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
