What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's actions that seriously impaired the safety of another person in the residential complex.

The ruling

The Tenant shall not engage in acts that impair the safety of any person in the residential complex. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application.
