What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet certain conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 23, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,348.88 plus $42.74 per day starting November 13, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 23, 2021, they will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
