What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 18, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,479.06, plus $7.69 per day starting October 8, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant pays $1,648.00 on or before October 18, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
