What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex wilfully or negligently causing undue damage to the premises.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 5, 2021, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 5, 2021, the Tenant will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting July 6, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by July 5, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting July 6, 2021.
