What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 17, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $13,704.16 in rent arrears and daily compensation for continued occupancy after February 7, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 17, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
