The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by February 14, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,643.32 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $30.44 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting February 4, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
