What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the balance owing of $114.98, which includes rent arrears owing up to October 31, 2022 and the cost of the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing on or before October 31, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
