What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $14,161.00 to the Landlord or LTB by January 27, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by January 27, 2023 and pay the Landlord $13,304.68 plus daily compensation of $32.42 per day starting January 5, 2023 until move-out.
