What happened

The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to return the Tenants' property left in the rental unit, including the boat, race car, and trailer. The Landlord is also ordered to pay the Tenants $2,200 for the Harley-Davidson ring if it has been disposed of. The Landlord is required to pay a $500 administrative fine to the Board.
