What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's illegal acts of assault causing bodily harm and robbery against other residents, as well as substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment and safety of other residents.
The ruling
The Tenant's tenancy is terminated effective March 27, 2018. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $190 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not vacate by March 27, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement, and the Tenant will owe $3.58 per day in compensation until they move out.
