What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant committing an illegal act. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The evidence obtained during the warrantless search is excluded pursuant to section 15(2)(b) of the Statutory Powers and Procedure Act.
