What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order, which was granted after a review hearing.

The Tenant's review request was granted. Order TSL-94915-18-SA was cancelled and the Tenant's motion is adjourned to be heard de novo. The Landlord shall immediately allow the Tenant to recover possession of the rental unit.
