What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order.

The ruling

The consent order was varied to give the Tenant until March 5, 2020 to de-clutter the unit. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
