What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of the Tenant and evict the Occupant because the Tenant transferred occupancy of the rental unit to the Occupant without the consent of the Landlord.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of February 27, 2017. The Occupant shall move out of the rental unit on or before February 27, 2017. If the unit is not vacated by February 27, 2017, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Occupant shall pay the Landlord $18,307.68 for compensation for use of the unit from September 1, 2015 to February 16, 2017, and $34.45 per day for compensation for use of the unit from February 16, 2017 to the date he moves out, as well as $170.00 for the cost of filing the application.
