What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's conduct that substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 29, 2016. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $170 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not vacate or pay the amount owed by April 29, 2016, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
