What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because they occupy a superintendent's unit and their employment has ended. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.

The ruling

The original order was varied to change the daily compensation from $61.87 to $47.34 and to delay the enforcement of the eviction from June 30, 2015 to July 6, 2015 to give the Tenants more time to help their son cope with his exams before the move.
