What happened

Landlord also applied for orders requiring Tenant to pay rent arrears and compensation for wilful or negligent damage to the premises.

The ruling

The request to review order TNL-91605-17, issued on April 13, 2017, is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on May 9, 2017 is cancelled. The stay of order TNL-91605-17 is lifted.
