The tenancy was terminated effective April 20, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay $818.74 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date, NSF cheque charges, and the cost of filing the application, less the rent deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 1, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
