What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on March 3, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $2,506.68 by February 28, 2023 or $3,583.76 by March 3, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $387.60 to the Landlord and $35.41 per day in compensation starting February 2, 2023 until they vacate the unit.
