What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on August 22, 2018 with respect to application TEL-90274-18.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before December 19, 2018. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting December 20, 2018.
