What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 1, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $14,233.12, plus $44.12 per day starting October 22, 2020 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants pay $17,175 by October 31, 2020 or $18,675 by November 1, 2020, they can void the eviction order and continue the tenancy.
