What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $10,296.00 by September 15, 2023 and then $500.00 on the 10th and 20th of each month from October 2023 to March 2024, in addition to the monthly rent. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
