What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $2,528.00 by July 31, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by July 31, 2022, and pay $1,371.45 to the Landlord. The Tenant will owe $46.03 per day for use of the unit from July 6, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord can file for eviction enforcement starting August 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
