The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by 2021-08-15. If the Tenant does not vacate, they must pay the Landlord $62.02 per day in compensation. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $186 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by 2021-08-15, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
