What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with other residents' reasonable enjoyment of the premises by making excessive noise.

The ruling

The Tenants shall not make excessive noise in the premises, including yelling and fighting, until July 29, 2022. If the Tenants contravene this order, the Landlord may, within 30 days and without notice to the Tenants, apply under section 78 of the RTA for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
