What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant causing undue damage to the premises and substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of other tenants.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 25, 2022. The Tenant must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $7,931.77 for repair costs, $409.94 for compensation for use of the unit, and $186 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 25, 2022, they will owe interest starting February 26, 2022.
