The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 25, 2022. The Tenant must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $7,931.77 for repair costs, $409.94 for compensation for use of the unit, and $186 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 25, 2022, they will owe interest starting February 26, 2022.
