What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant or another occupant of the rental unit committing an illegal act or carrying out an illegal trade, business or occupation involving the production, trafficking or possession of illegal drugs.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by September 26, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
