What happened

The Tenants applied for orders determining that the Landlord collected or retained money illegally, and for reductions of the rent charged for the rental units due to a reduction in the municipal taxes and charges for the residential complex.

The ruling

The Tenants' claims that a section 131 reduction has occurred will be dismissed. Their applications for reductions under section 133 will be heard on a date to be set by the Board.
