The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 21, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,981.32, which includes rent arrears up to May 10, 2021 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 21, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
