What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenants requested a review of the order, stating they were unable to attend the previous hearing due to medical reasons.
The ruling
The request to review order TNL-37104-22 issued on October 24, 2022 is granted. The order is cancelled and replaced with a new order. The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenants is terminated, and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 1, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement, and the outstanding arrears of $20,265 will become due and owing.
