Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on March 20, 2020 with respect to application SWL-38882-19.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by August 18, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $169, which represents the balance of the costs owing related to the application fee for the previous application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 18, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
