The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 22, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by March 22, 2021 and pay the Landlord $175 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 22, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting March 23, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by March 22, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
