Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to wilful damage to the premises, use of the rental unit inconsistent with residential use, substantial interference with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest, and serious impairment of the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective June 30, 2021, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 11, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
