What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay $1,236 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to June 30, 2021 and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenants pay $2,986 on or before July 15, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
