What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (SWL-52527-21 SA) regarding payment of rent arrears. Tenants failed to pay $2,000 towards rent by November 15, 2021, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 18, 2022. Tenants must pay $6,448.99 plus $65.75 per day starting December 15, 2021, until they vacate the unit. If not paid by January 18, 2022, Landlords may file for eviction enforcement. The previous order SWL-52527-21 SA is cancelled.
