What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenant had not paid the full rent arrears.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 4, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
