What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by October 12, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $99.00 for unpaid compensation and application fees, as well as $5.19 per day for use of the unit starting October 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by October 12, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
