What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by April 20, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,886.00 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $29.59 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 10, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 20, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
