The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 14, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,195.97 for rent arrears up to February 3, 2022, plus $46.73 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting February 4, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 14, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
