The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated effective February 19, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,460.47 in rent arrears and $35.93 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting February 9, 2022 until the date the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by February 19, 2022, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
