What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective March 5, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $6,850.57 in rent arrears, plus $12.99 per day in compensation starting February 23, 2021 until the tenant vacates the unit. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by March 5, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
