What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on March 10, 2020 with respect to a previous application.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by August 22, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $190.00 for the application fee from the previous application, as well as $8.75 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting August 12, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by August 22, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
