What happened

The ruling

If not voided, Tenants must move out by March 19, 2023, and pay $11,868.20 plus $42.87 per day from February 2, 2023, until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 20, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
