The tenancy is terminated effective August 24, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,998.61 plus $47.64 per day starting August 1, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by August 24, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
