Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per a previous order. The Tenant did not meet the conditions specified in the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 4, 2020. The Tenant must move out by August 15, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,858.96, plus $27.19 per day starting April 1, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 15, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
