What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 7, 2021 unless the tenant pays $3,999 by July 31, 2021 or $5,003 by August 7, 2021 to void the order and continue the tenancy. The tenant must pay $2,166.72 in rent arrears and costs, plus $33.01 per day from July 14, 2021 until the tenant vacates. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by August 7, 2021, the landlord may file the order for enforcement.
