What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 17, 2021 unless the Tenants pay $26,775 to void the eviction order. The Tenants must pay $23,320.25 in arrears and costs, plus $62.47 per day starting January 7, 2021 until they vacate. If the Tenants do not pay by January 17, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
