What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application is granted. The Tenant shall permit the Landlord's staff or contractors to enter the rental unit upon proper notice, and refrain from engaging in aggressive or abusive behavior towards other residents and Landlord staff. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord's $186.00 application filing fee.
