What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payment of rent. The parties reached an agreement before the hearing.

The ruling

The Landlord's application for non-payment of rent is discontinued as the Tenant has paid all rent arrears. The Tenant is ordered to pay rent in full on or before the 1st of each month from November 2020 to October 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for termination without notice.
